• Thursday 20th September 2018

I started Slimming World over a month ago and I have been soooo slack! So I am very sorry about that 😊 the food diary's start now!!

Okay so lets catch you up to speed...

• The first week of Slimming World I LOST 1.5lb's
• Second Week I GAINED 0.5lbs
• Third Week I MAINTAINED

Now I have a little confession... I haven't been back to Slimming World since week 3..
I completely lost motivation as I wasn't seeing the results I had hoped for 🙃 I was doing everything by the book yet nothing was really happening.. whilst everyone else was loosing 3-5lbs consistently. I became very disheartened and my anxiety was at an all time high!! I strayed off plan completely. I used to eat cakes everyday and I had completely cut out all sweets... so I thought as its not working why shouldn't I carry on eating them!! You only live once hey?!

So it will now be week 7 I want to say 😬 and I am now trying to get back on track with everything! So I think a good first step to kick my arse into gear is to start writing down my food diaries and keeping an eye on the amount of SYNS I consume... Healthy right?? Thats the plan anyway 😉

10g - Lactose Free Mild Cheese - 1/4 HEA

Cabbage - SPEED

Gluten Free Gravy Powder/Water - 1 SYN/FREE

• Total SYN Count - 18.5 SYNS 😬

My sugar cravings have been through the roof but I have tried to stick with it the best I could! I know Im deffo over on my SYNS today thanks to those fucking sausages 😂😂, but this has been good. Keeping track! 

Well Im now gonna sign off and hopefully not eat anything else tonight 😬😂

About Slimming with Louise - The Fibro Way

Hey guys, and welcome to my NEW blog 😬
I thought I would kick things off with introducing myself...

- About Louise -

Hey my names Louise and I am the runner of this blog (: I suffer with Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and Sever ME.. I am currently 26 😬 
I have been 'ill' for approximately 5 years and in that time I have struggled to accept that this has now become my life... In the first year of becoming ill I put on 3 STONE in weight! Not only did I feel lousy with pain I now felt uncomfortable in my own body (which completely, doubly sucked!).

This is why I decided too add the Slimming World aspect to my blog too! I thought it would be an easy way to keep track of what I am eating and loosing! (fingers crossed 🤞🏼)

I have basically set this up as my very own personal online Diary, which will contain everything from Fibromyaligia , Chronic Pain, Slimming World and just anything else I want to talk about 🙃

So if you are here... WELCOME!! I hope you have fun here and maybe. learn something or just find someone else in the same boat as you (:
Even if I could just help one person that would mean the world to me 😇
